Moulay Driss IDRISSI BICHR is the head of the firm. He has a broader expertise extending over 43 years as magistrate and senior executive in courts and in the central administration of the ministry of Justice. He is an emeritus high rank judge who occupied many high positions:

- President of the Social Court;
- President of the Court of First Instance;
- Member of the High Council of Magistrates;
- Head of Civil Department at the Ministry of Justice;
- Inspector General at the Ministry of Justice;
- Head of Division of the Supreme Court;
- Expert, represented Morocco in the Hague
Conference on international Private Law
and participated in preparatory work before
amendment and elaboration of certain
multilateral conventions;
- Expert to the Arab Centre for Legal and Judicial Research in Lebanon and member representing Morocco in the Board of Directors;
- Administrator in the deontologic Council for Securities;
- Independent Member of the Board Directors at the Moroccan Deposit Insurance Corporation (SGFG);
- Participated as expert in international conferences and forums on private international law;
